Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty café beverages
• Greet and engage customers, providing a warm and welcoming café experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and café floor
• Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate low stock to management
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours

Requirements:

• Prior barista or café experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and specialty coffee techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
