To enhance membership growth and loyalty, the full-time Contact Center Representative will develop positive relationships with members, assist with account-related services, and provide superior member experiences in a fast-paced remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist members with account-related services while exceeding their expectations through proactive and accurate service Recognize and act upon potential membership opportunities to promote growth and loyalty Uphold compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and ensure the confidentiality and security of member information Required qualifications Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or contact center High school diploma or GED equivalent Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services, with demonstrated sales skills Proficient in personal computer applications and ability to learn in-house programs Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
