Warehouse Shipping & Receiving

Location: Troy, MI
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary – 1 month

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to receive deliveries, organize inventory, and prepare orders for shipment. This position includes operating a forklift, inspecting incoming and outgoing products, maintaining a clean warehouse, and delivering orders to customers as needed. Additional responsibilities include supporting building maintenance and project teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and sign for product deliveries.
• Organize and restock products in the warehouse.
• Conduct inventory counts as needed.
• Process, package, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate a forklift to move, load, and receive heavy items.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods and report defective or damaged items.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Update product status in Q360.
• Communicate product status and order updates to field personnel.
• Deliver orders to clients and customers as needed.
• Assist with building maintenance and project team needs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred.
• Forklift certification and the ability to operate equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting products and processing orders.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and accurate data entry.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
